Cancellation Policy

At The Open Circles, we value your commitment to your practice and strive to provide high-quality classes and services. Please review our booking policy carefully before making a purchase. Refund & Cancellation Policy Drop-In Classes -Drop-in classes are non-refundable. -If you are unable to attend, you may cancel in accordance with our cancellation policy. Cancellation Policy -Class cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time. -Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of the class credit. Studio/Instructor Cancellations -If the studio/instructor cancels a class or event, you will receive a full refund or class credit. Policy Acknowledgment By purchasing classes, packages, memberships or events, you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
